We’re looking for an Associate Dentist to partner with us on a self-employed basis at our established Bupa Dental Care practice in Glasgow.

Associate Dentist - Long standing, established list of patients, mixed NHS and Plan/Private available.

We have an excellent opportunity available due to the retirement of our current dentist. We are seeking an experienced clinician to join us for up to 4 days per week (with flexible days of your choice ). The role offers full clinical freedom to manage your own diary and, ideally, the successful candidate will hold an NHS list number to take over a long‑standing and well‑cared‑for patient list, comprising both NHS, Private and Plan patients .

You will benefit from a dedicated surgery and nurse, with the opportunity to further grow the list through private treatments, supported by our iTero scanner. The practice is extremely well run and supported by an experienced and committed team, including a Practice Manager, Assistant Manager, Lead Receptionist and a long‑standing clinical and reception team. You will also be working alongside Dentists, a Hygienist and an Implant Dentist, ensuring a strong collaborative environment.

Our practice offers Bupa Smile Plan - a payment plan that allows patients to spread the cost of their routine preventive dentistry throughout the year. This enables our patients to budget for their dental care and encourages regular attendance helping to maintain their oral health.
