E-Billing Analyst
The Opportunity:
This role is part of our E-Billing team based in Glasgow. The E-Billing team are responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of invoices in electronic file formats (LEDES) to our clients.
The E-Billing team analyse and resolve outstanding issues relating to unprocessed or rejected invoices. The E-Billing Analyst role is responsible for supporting invoice processing via the e- billing hub, issue resolution and vendor relationships.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Glasgow office with hybrid working.

About you:
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience in a finance function, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Be a proactive self-starter with good numeric, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Have strong MS Excel skills and be comfortable with technology and using different web-based portals.
- Ideally have knowledge of E-Billing systems (e.g., TyMetrix, Passport, Collaborati, Counsel Link). This is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
