What We Offer:

• £13.55 per hour
• Contracted or flexible hours - up to 44 hours per week
• Paid PVG, uniform and onsite parking
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full-time contract)
• Full training provided - no prior experience needed
• Two - Four-week shadowing and induction with a dedicated buddy
• Daily support from team leaders and clinical staff
• Opportunities to gain qualifications and grow your career

Your Role:

You'll work alongside experienced carers, learning how to support residents with personal care, mobility, mealtimes and companionship. You'll build confidence through shadowing, regular catch-ups, and ongoing guidance.
