Site Manager

We are working with a well-established and ambitious construction contractor to assist them in hiring a Site Manager for their growing team in Lanarkshire. Renowned for delivering high-quality building and civil engineering projects, our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and programme targets are consistently met.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and hands-on professional who thrives in a leadership role, enjoys managing teams on site, and takes pride in delivering complex projects to a high standard.

As the Site Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Leading and managing all site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Supervising site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain productivity and quality
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting a strong safety culture
* Liaising with clients, project managers, and design teams to resolve technical or operational issues
* Preparing and reviewing site reports, progress updates, and documentation
* Managing site resources, scheduling, and logistics to optimise project delivery

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager or senior site-based role within construction
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent knowledge of construction methods, health and safety standards, and site procedures
* Effective communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities
* Relevant construction, civil engineering, or building qualifications
