Client Accounts & Insurance Administrator

The Client Accounts & Insurance Administrator supports the hospital's financial and administrative processes, with a primary focus on managing insurance claims and client account administration. Working closely with clinical teams, administrative colleagues and insurance providers, the role ensures claims are processed efficiently, client accounts are monitored appropriately, and financial records are maintained accurately. The position also provides clear communication and support to clients regarding insurance and account queries.,

  • Process and manage insurance claims, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.
  • Liaise with insurance providers to facilitate efficient claim processing and settlement.
  • Monitor claims through to resolution and provide updates to clients where required.
  • Work with clinical and administrative teams to gather information needed for claims.
  • Maintain accurate insurance documentation and records within hospital systems.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or delays relating to claims.

  • Monitor outstanding client balances and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Contact clients regarding outstanding accounts where appropriate.
  • Support the administration of client account queries and payment follow up.
  • Escalate complex account issues in line with company policies.

  • Ensure financial and client account information is recorded accurately within practice management and finance systems.
  • Provide telephone and email support for client queries relating to insurance or accounts.
  • Maintain compliance with data protection and information security policies.
  • Support improvements to administrative processes where appropriate.

    Working pattern You will work 40 hours per week, we have flexibility around the pattern you will work. Hours will be worked over Monday to Friday between 7am to 10pm.
