Hours – Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 17:00pm

We’re currently looking to recruit an Office Manager to support the management team and oversee the day to day running of our client’s office. Co-ordinating reception, cleaning operation and the soft services management for catering and stationary supplies, the duties and responsibilities in this role will be varied.

The duties in this position will include; supervising, recruiting and training the cleaning staff, supporting the facilities manager and providing monthly reports capturing operational and staffing challenges, managing all planned maintenance schedules including subcontractor management and ensure purchase order requests are completed for all materials.

As an Apleona Office Manager, we’re looking for:

• IOSH Managing Safely (desirable)
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer care skills
• Ability to work unsupervised and take responsibility
• A continuous personal development mindset
• A sound understanding of safety, health and environment
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve outstanding results
• Ability to work flexibly to cover your team holidays / absences
• Intermediate working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
