The Role
As a Building Surveyor, you’ll be part of a dynamic team delivering a wide range of services across the UK and occasionally overseas. You’ll work on high-impact projects with long-standing clients in healthcare, education, and the public sector.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building pathology investigations, condition and measured surveys
- Contract administration and refurbishment project management
- Technical due diligence and compliance reporting
- Framework agreements with major clients
- Opportunities for international assignments
- Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
- MRICS Chartered (or working towards) – CIOB also considered
- Strong technical knowledge and report writing skills
- Experience in professional services and project delivery
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
