The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and personable Waiting Staff to join our front‑of‑house team on a part‑time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy service environment, and takes pride in delivering warm, attentive hospitality.

As a member of our waiting team, you will:

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable table service throughout lunch and dinner services.
• Take food and drink orders confidently and accurately.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure every detail of their experience is just right.
• Support the wider front‑of‑house team to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation.

About You

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have at least one year of experience in a fast‑paced, quality restaurant environment.
• Have an interest in food, wine, and hospitality (wine knowledge is a bonus).
• Are warm, friendly, and confident with guests.
• Have a strong eye for detail and pride yourself on great service.
• Can read guests well and respond to their needs naturally.
• Are flexible with availability, including weekends.
• Enjoy working as part of a supportive, professional team.
