If you’re an NQ to 2 PQE Personal Injury Solicitor with experience in employers’ liability and public liability work, this is a great opportunity to join a specialist EL/PL team based in Glasgow city centre . The role offers hands‑on exposure to varied claims, a supportive hybrid working environment, and clear scope to build confidence and litigation experience early in your career.

This position would suit someone coming out of a solid traineeship, or at an early post‑qualification stage, who is ready to take ownership of files with the right level of support around them.

The role

As part of the EL/PL team, you’ll manage your own caseload of personal injury matters arising from employers’ liability and public liability claims. You’ll be involved in progressing cases from initial instruction through to resolution, while maintaining a high standard of client service throughout.

You’ll work closely with more experienced colleagues, gaining exposure to a broad range of issues and developing your technical and procedural skills in a supportive team setting.

About you

This role would suit a Personal Injury Solicitor who:

• Is an NQ–2 years’ PQE solicitor
• Has experience of EL and PL work , either from traineeship or post‑qualification
• Is keen to build confidence managing their own caseload
• Communicates clearly and professionally with clients
• Is organised, proactive and commercially aware
• Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
