The Opportunity
This is a well-established independent practice where the focus is firmly on patient care over targets.
You’ll be working in a relaxed, friendly environment with 40-minute appointment times, giving you the space to do your job properly – no rushing, no conveyor belt feel.
The practice is modern and well-equipped, including OCT, and offers a carefully selected range of premium frames such as Tom Ford, Oliver Peoples, Oakley and Ray-Ban.
With a small, close-knit team, your voice will be heard and your contribution genuinely valued.

Salary & Benefits
” 25,000 – 28,000 salary (depending on experience)

The Role
You’ll play a key part in the patient journey, supporting with:
” Dispensing and frame styling
” Lens advice tailored to individual needs
” Fittings, adjustments, and aftercare
” Handling patient queries and concerns with care
” General day-to-day support within the practice
This is a role where you’ll be trusted to use your experience and judgement – with the time and support to deliver a high standard of care.

About You
You’ll already have experience working within optics and feel confident supporting patients from start to finish.
Just as importantly, you’ll be someone who:
