Legal PA / Executive Assistant (Employment Focussed)
Salary: Up to £35,000 DOA

You will play a key role in supporting fee earners within the Employment team, acting as a central point of contact for clients and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of files, billing and tribunal preparation. Key Responsibilities
Legal & Administrative Support Digital dictation
High-quality typing, document production and electronic file management
Meeting and greeting clients, providing a professional first point of contactEmployment Tribunal & Document Preparation Collating, preparing and managing Employment Tribunal bundles
Document compilation, pagination and editingDiary & Team Support Diary management, scheduling meetings and arranging appointments
Providing proactive support to improve workflow and team efficiencyClient Interaction & Onboarding Handling incoming calls from existing and prospective clients in a professional and confident manner
Converting enquiries into instructions, including discussing and explaining fee structures
Managing client onboarding via an online compliance system, ensuring AML and conflict checks are completed accuratelyBilling & Compliance Preparing fees and assisting with monthly billing processes
Supporting fee earners with work in progress and aged debt managementAbout You Previous experience as a Legal Executive, Legal Secretary or Legal Office Assistant, preferably within Employment Law
Strong client care skills with an excellent telephone manner
Confident discussing fees and converting initial enquiries into instructions
Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities
Proficient in legal case management systems
Proactive, adaptable and keen to contribute to process improvements
