This is the largest of our Krispy Kreme stores — offering customers the full experience: dine-in, drive-thru, and, of course, our famous Hot Light. It’s where doughnut magic meets customer connection, and it could be the perfect place to kickstart your career.

As a team member, you’ll rotate across key areas — from welcoming drive-thru guests and serving dine-in customers, to keeping the store in top shape and being part of the action when the Hot Light is on.

Our stores typically open from around 7am and close around 1am, so some shifts may involve lone working, especially during early mornings or late evenings. That’s why we require all applicants to be 18 or over and confident working independently when needed.

We provide full training, so no experience is needed — just bring your energy, great customer service skills, and a drive to master your craft as part of the Krispy Kreme family.

This isn’t just any job — it’s your chance to roll up your sleeves, take the lead, and keep things running smoother than our signature glaze.

What you’ll be doing (besides making dreams come true):

You’ll run the show on shift front and centre with customers, serving up smiles (and doughnuts!), boosting sales, and keeping everything safe, clean, and on point.You’ll guide your team, build them up, and keep the energy buzzing. You’ll be hands-on: working the till, serving up hot & cold drinks, boxing up those irresistible treats, and making our cabinet look as good as our doughnuts taste.

You’ll also jump into the behind-the-scenes magic: stock checks, weekly wrap-ups, team recruitment, and making sure everyone’s happy to be here. When your manager’s away, you’ll hold down the fort like a boss.
