Job Summary:
As the Product Director - Head of Cloud Foundations Portfolio Management at JPMorganChase in the Cloud Foundations Product organization, you will lead the governance and operating model for our cloud platforms. Operating as a senior member of the leadership team, this role ensures that the group’s products - including Public and Private Cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code, Blueprints, Tech Lifecycle Management and Cloud Developer Solutions - are managed consistently, transparently, and in alignment with IP-wide product management standards. You will ensure products are managed transparently and consistently, aligning with enterprise-wide standards. You will establish frameworks, oversee performance metrics, and drive product lifecycle management across a diverse portfolio. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the team culture, influencing strategy, and enabling delivery excellence.

 

This is a high‑impact role requiring deep product management expertise, organizational influence, and the ability to operate horizontally across a diverse and complex public and private cloud platform landscape.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and run the Cloud Foundations portfolio governance model aligned to enterprise standards
• Ensure product teams operate consistently with published roadmaps, maintained artefacts, and governed catalog entries
• Embed product management, UX, PMO, and business enablement practices within workflows
• Translate enterprise cloud strategy into actionable roadmaps and OKRs
• Maintain unified view of demand, financial posture, platform maturity, and delivery risks
• Establish formal MBR process for OKRs, KPIs, financial metrics, adoption indicators, and value realization
• Partner with central functions to ensure consistent reporting and data governance
• Enable portfolio delivery by defining priorities, sequencing, and dependencies
• Champion cross-platform alignment to optimize costs, standardize processes, and reduce risk
• Act as a senior advisor to leadership, shaping organizational evolution and operating model
• Represent Cloud Foundations in governance forums and cross-functional initiatives

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Proven senior leadership experience in product portfolio management within cloud platforms or enterprise technology
• Ability to operate in a product-led organization with mature governance and performance frameworks
• Experience implementing portfolio-level product management practices (roadmapping, lifecycle management, OKRs, financials, KPIs, governance)
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, platform engineering, and cloud operating models
• Expertise partnering with centralized product functions (Product Operations, UX, PMO, Technical Program Management)
• Outstanding stakeholder and communication skills, able to influence at senior levels and work horizontally across diverse areas

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated sectors
• Familiarity with multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and large-scale internal platforms
• Prior ownership of portfolio-level governance forums or organizational transformation initiatives
