- Provide direction and coordination across project managers and functional leads to ensure integrated and consistent delivery.
- Establish and maintain governance processes, including reporting, assurance activities, and decision-making arrangements.
- Support program initiation activities such as mobilisation, planning, development of delivery approaches, and implementation of program tools and systems.
- Drive effective stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment, communication, and timely resolution of issues across internal and external parties.
- Lead risk, issue, and change management processes to sustain delivery confidence and proactive problem-solving.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and technical standards across all program activities.
- Provide commercial and contractual oversight for assigned program elements, supporting supplier management and financial performance.
- Promote innovation, digital adoption, and continuous improvement within the program team.
- Lead, coach, and support team members' development, contributing to capability growth and talent progression.
- Contribute to business development activities, including supporting pursuits, proposals, and client engagement efforts.
