What you'll bring:
- A proven track record in Casualty underwriting
- Confidence owning and growing a broker-facing book
- The commercial instinct to understand profit drivers, not just process risks
- A solid grasp of legal, regulatory and risk profiling requirements
- The ability to make decisions - and stand behind them
- Energy. This team performs. You need to match it.
What's on the table:
- £60,000+ basic salary
- 20% on-target bonus
- 30 days holiday + option to buy more
- 10% employer pension, auto-enrolled from day one
- Hybrid working - 3 days in office, broker visits count
- Genuine autonomy - underwriter-led, decisions stay local
