Salary: £27,976.00 + uncapped bonus (£31,000-£36,000)
Contract: Permanent
Based: Glasgow (This role is office based)
Working: Monday to Friday -Hours 8am-4:30pm or 8:30-5pm

• Excellent customer service skills, with previous experience in contact centre position highly desirable

• A proven record in upselling products with existing customers

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong negotiation and sales skills

• Ability to work both as a team and as an individual

• Ability to work towards office targets and KPI's

• The ability to use initiative and manage your time effectively

• Strong self-management skills

• Enthusiastic and passionate member of the team

• Knowledgeable on MS Office

• Ability to work in a fast -paced environment
