We are currently seeking a dedicated Multiskilled Operative to join our lively team in Merchant City, Glasgow. This is a full-time, temporary position offering 12.60 .

Job Description

As a Multiskilled Operative, you will deliver a wide range of support services within the One Stop Shop, ensuring high-quality, timely and accurate completion of all tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling all mail, courier, stationery, reprographics , and records management tasks.
• Performing manual handling duties safely and efficiently.
• Preparing files and mail for digital scanning , including the removal of fastenings and fixtures.
• Operating high-speed scanners to convert hard-copy mail and records into PDF format.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure scanned documents match the physical originals.
• Managing inbound and outbound courier services , including booking and receiving deliveries.
• Working to strict workflow processes, procedures, SLAs , and daily deadlines.
• Supporting colleagues and promoting a positive team culture to deliver exceptional client service.
• Handling administrative tasks as required and taking responsibility for meeting individual and team targets.
• Building professional, customer-focused relationships and delivering a flexible, responsive service.
• Developing an understanding of customer needs to help exceed expectations wherever possible.
• Completing any additional duties requested by management.
