Role Definition

Responsible for overseeing all incoming raw material deliveries to ensure compliance with purchase specifications, quality standards, and food safety requirements. Manages goods-in operations, including weight verification, documentation control, and accurate system booking to maintain full traceability. Ensures immediate escalation of shortages, quality issues, or non-conformances. Leads intake operatives and maintains audit-ready standards in line with company and retailer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule & coordinate supplier deliveries

Ensure correct documentation (delivery notes, batch codes, health certs)

Confirm PO vs physical delivery (weight, cut, spec)

Escalate shortages / overages immediately

Have good IT skills and be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and E-Mail and be able to work on your own initiative. 

Self-motivated and able to develop excellent product knowledge.

Good communication skills.

 Organised and assertive.

Able to use own initiative

Pay & Shift Pattern: negotiable & 40 hours per week.
