Corporate Services Assistant

Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering confidential administrative support across the Corporate Services function.
- Managing and monitoring shared mailboxes and supporting the development of electronic catalogues.
- Assisting with diary management for senior leaders.
- Coordinating meetings, events, and room bookings.
- Maintaining records, processing data, and compiling management information reports.
- Supporting website administration and access control.
- Assisting with purchase orders, invoicing, petty cash and PCard administration.
- Supporting facilities, office management tasks, stationery upkeep, travel planning and events.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong administrative experience, ideally gained within a professional or public‑sector environment. You'll be confident managing multiple tasks, handling confidential information, and working to tight deadlines. You should also demonstrate:- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong IT capability, with the ability to process data and produce reports.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
- A proactive, flexible attitude with a commitment to high‑quality service delivery.
