Business Development Director, Receivables Finance & Working Capital

We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Development Director, Receivables Finance and Working Capital Specialist.
You’ll be joining one of the largest trade and receivable finance organisations offering a comprehensive range of forward-thinking open account supply chain and traditional trade solutions. In this role you’ll:
- Proactively identify and develop new receivables and working capital finance opportunities
- Assist in establishing new business relationships and strengthening existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers
- Assist in the communication of new products, propositions, and relevant market information to customers
- Work closely with structured trade solutions to provide innovative receivables-based solutions to extant and new to bank businesses
- Proactively support Relationship Managers in discussions and client pitches
- Deepen your understanding of our clients through credit and customer due diligence review
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Extensive experience of Business Development with Receivables Finance at the heart
- Proven ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a particular emphasis upon inspiring, influencing, and negotiating in dealing with customers and colleagues
- Excellent range of communication skills, including written and verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations
- Ability to interact with business customers at a senior and strategic level
