Your Role and Responsibilities

• Provide high-standard, 24-hour care to vulnerable young people.

• Support service users dealing with early trauma and emotional behavioural difficulties (EBD).

• Foster independence by accompanying young people to school and community activities.

• Maintain clear professional boundaries and adhere to National Care Standards.

• Collaborate effectively with existing teams to ensure a safe, nurturing environment.

• Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods.

What we need from you

• Experience: Proven background in a residential setting working with young people.

• Registration: Must be registered (or willing to register) under the PVG scheme.

• Qualifications: SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is highly desirable.

• Drivers: A full UK driving licence is preferred.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
