coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions. Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability. To be successful as a ServiceNow Engineer Lead, you should have: ServiceNow administration and development experience. Experience of operating ServiceNow in an FS or regulated environment. Ample database skills and understanding of complex data models. Some other highly valued skills may include: Experience of the ServiceNow IRM Module, highly
preferred. Experience of working in a devops environment as part of agile ways of working. Ample business analysis skills and experience in facing of to business users directly. You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
