Regional Painter (Hiring Immediately)

Prepare surfaces, complete repairs, and apply finishes to a high standard across different materials such as plasterboard, timber, and metal. Plan and prioritise work with the Regional Property Manager to minimise disruption to hotel operations. Make confident on-site decisions and resolve minor issues independently. Keep your workspace safe, tidy, and well-organised. Ensure rooms and areas are returned to service quickly and to a high standard. Build strong working relationships with hotel teams and plan work collaboratively. Share knowledge and best practices within the wider Property & Maintenance network. Follow all health, safety, and fire life safety procedures. Take responsibility for your ongoing learning and development to grow within Atlas Hotels. We think you'll thrive if you have: Proven experience in painting and decorating, ideally in a customer-facing or commercial setting. Strong knowledge of wall repairs, surface prep, and finishing across various materials. NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating (or equivalent). Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region. Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach. Flexibility to prioritise tasks and work away from home when needed. Experience working in a hotel or multi-site environment.
