Porsche Customer Relation Specialist
Are you a confident communicator who enjoys helping customers and being part of a fantastic and supportive Team. We are looking for an outbound customer relations specialist to join our Aftersales operation to help us to continue to develop and grow our business while delivering outstanding levels of customer satisfaction.
In this role you will use our modern CRM systems to make effective outbound calls to customers, follow up on service reminders and ensure every customer has an amazing experience during their journey through our Porsche Centre Glasgow. If you enjoy speaking to customers, being exceptionally organised and working in a fast paced and positive environment then we would be delighted to hear from you.
More about the role
• Making outbound calls to our customers using our CRM systems and data base.
• Following up on service reminders.
• Updating and managing our data base.
• Building positive relationships with our customers.
• Supporting our Aftersales Team to ensure we are delivering outstanding levels of customer satisfaction.
What we are looking for
• Friendly and confident telephone manner.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable and confident using computer systems and spreadsheets.
• Positive attitude and a Team focused mindset.
• Previous customer service or call handling experience would be preferred but not essential.
