Sales Manager
* Build relationships with Facilities Managers, Estates teams and commercial clients
* Conduct site visits, surveys and client meetings
* Manage and grow existing client accounts
* Build our brand presence on LinkedIn through case studies and updates
* Identify and drive bid opportunities in private and public sectors
* Support tender submissions and proposals
* Work closely with the Owner on sales strategy and forecasting About You * Proven experience in B2B sales or BDM roles within FM or technical services
* Strong new‑business focus - confident, proactive and target‑driven
* Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills
* Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline
