They’re now relaunching their estate agency division to act as the outlet for their national property portfolio — a modern, fast-moving operation designed to complement their successful buying and investment model.

With the business scaling nationally, they’re looking for an experienced Estate Agency Manager to take ownership of this new venture, driving its growth and building a high-performing team around them.

The Candidate

We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Estate Agency professional who thrives on autonomy and responsibility.
You’ll have a proven record of leading teams, driving performance and achieving results, and the desire to be part of something that’s genuinely growing.

You’ll be:

• An experienced Estate Agency Manager or Area Manager with leadership success

• Entrepreneurial, commercially focused and results-driven

• Skilled at building, coaching and motivating a team

• Confident making strategic and operational decisions

• Excited by the chance to build and shape a business, not just run a branch

The Role

As Estate Agency Manager , you’ll take full control of the agency’s day-to-day operations and future growth.
You’ll be responsible for developing the team, driving listings, valuations and completions, and shaping the overall commercial strategy.
This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial leadership position with the freedom to make real decisions and the backing of proven property entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the estate agency operation within a national property group

• Recruit, train and develop a motivated sales team

• Drive listings, valuations and completions across the UK portfolio

• Implement effective processes to improve performance and profitability

• Work closely with the business owners to deliver long-term strategic growth
