This position requires exceptional clinical vigilance while offering an unparalleled maritime lifestyle, accompanying our principal across an exclusive Mediterranean cruising itinerary with anchorages in Capri, Monaco, and the Balearic Islands .

The Team You will be an essential member of a top-tier, floating multidisciplinary medical concierge. All clinical operations are directed by a Lead British Doctor , and you will work in seamless daily coordination with expert Physiotherapists and a carefully vetted, Western-trained nursing team to provide the absolute highest standard of holistic patient care.

• 4+ years of recent Acute Care experience (strictly ICU, ER, or A&E).

• Native or C1 English proficiency.
