Recruitment Resourcer (Trainee)
Morgan Hunt are recruiting for an Internal Resourcer to join our IT division in the Glasgow office.
This role will focus on sourcing candidates for a range of IT positions, with a particular emphasis on IT, Data, and AI roles. You will play a key part in building strong candidate relationships and matching talent to opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with candidates via phone and build lasting relationships
- Source and manage a pipeline of candidates across IT, Data, and AI roles
- Ensure all successful candidates meet compliance requirements
- Develop a strong understanding of various technical job roles
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Technically minded with an interest in IT and emerging technologies
- Quick learner with a proactive approach
What's on Offer:
- Salary: 24,000 - 26,000 + commission (OTE approx. 4,000 per year)
- Permanent position
- Hybrid working - 3 days per week in our Glasgow city centre office
