Client Services Consultant
We’re looking for a client-focused and proactive Client Services Consultant to deliver exceptional onboarding, training, and support for our HR software clients.
Why join us
WorkNest, part of Axiom GRC’s broader Governance, Risk and Compliance division, provides expert support across Employment Law, HR, Compliance, Health & Safety, Cybersecurity, and ISO services. Powered by advanced technology, we deliver fixed-fee, pragmatic advice that solves real business challenges.
Our growth has been exceptional, driven by both strong organic performance and strategic acquisitions, including Bulletproof, Pentest People, IMSM, and Wirehouse, enabling us to expand into global markets. Today, Axiom GRC’s 12,000 professionals support over 40,000 organisations worldwide.
As part of this growth, we’re looking for a personable and driven Client Services Consultant to help deliver a first-class experience for our HR software clients, from initial onboarding to day-to-day support.
If you enjoy helping others get the most out of technology and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, this could be the ideal role for you.
What We Offer
Salary: £24,570 – £26,500 per annum (depending on experience)
Excellent benefits package
Hybrid working with an office base in Glasgow
Supportive, collaborative team culture
What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for clients using our HR system, providing tailored training, answering queries, and ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.
You will take a consultative approach, helping clients get the most from their software while confidently raising and tracking any technical issues or enhancement requests with our development team.
Collaboration is key, so you will work closely with our Client Success Managers and Client Experience Team to support renewals and deliver a seamless, end-to-end client journey.
We’re looking for a clear communicator, a quick learner, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping others. Most importantly, we want someone with a friendly, proactive attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering a service that is positive, efficient, and truly focused on the client.
About You
You are an experienced customer service professional with at least 2 years in a client-facing role. You understand the importance of building trust and delivering a supportive, solutions-focused experience for every client you work with. Naturally detail-oriented and highly organised, you manage your time effectively and thrive in fast-paced environments where accuracy and responsiveness matter.
You are confident using technology and quick to learn new systems and tools, including spreadsheets and specialist software. You have a keen eye for spotting patterns or recurring issues and are comfortable sharing feedback to help improve the overall client experience. Calm under pressure and professional in your approach, you bring a positive, collaborative mindset and take pride in being part of a team that always puts the client first.
