Salary: £27,976.00
Contract: Permanent
Based: Glasgow (This role is office based)
Working: Monday to Friday -Hours 8am-4:30pm or 8:30-5pm

Required Experience

Excellent customer service skills, with previous experience in contact centre position highly desirable

A proven record in upselling products with existing customers

Excellent customer service skills

Strong negotiation and sales skills

Ability to work both as a team and as an individual

Ability to work towards office targets and KPI's

The ability to use initiative and manage your time effectively

Strong self-management skills

Enthusiastic and passionate member of the team

Knowledgeable on MS Office

Ability to work in a fast -paced environment

Successful candidates must pass a DBS check as part of the onboarding process
