Finance Assistant
The successful candidate will likely have the following responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports for management.
- Support the preparation of invoices and track payments.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team as required.
- Contribute to the improvement of financial procedures and systems.
