Accounts Assistant
The Accounts Assistant will likely have the following responsibilities:
- Prepare and reconcile service charge accounts for multiple properties.
- Manage and reconcile financial information across a range of assets.
- Support accurate and timely financial reporting in line with organisational requirements.
- Monitor expenditure and compare it against agreed budgets.
- Provide financial support and guidance to operational teams.
- Work collaboratively across departments to ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Assist with audit processes and respond to auditor enquiries.
- Maintain organised and accurate financial records and documentation.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
