Management Accountant

Robert Half is working with a global business in Glasgow. This role is office-based 2-3 days per week.

Overview:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a growing business supporting multiple long-term projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, and control processes.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate month-end reporting and reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Analyse balance sheet items, including inventory, unbilled work, and WIP.
• Maintain robust financial controls and compliance processes.
• Partner with operational teams to support financial decision-making.
• Lead or support audit and rates processes as required.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in financial accounting, preferably in project-intensive industries.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and engage effectively with stakeholders.
