Air Conditioning Engineer – Central Belt (4-Day Week)

FM Search & Select are working with a leading Facilities Management provider who are looking to recruit an Air Conditioning Engineer to cover sites across the Central Belt of Scotland.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced AC Engineer looking for a better work-life balance, offering a 4-day working week while still working across a varied portfolio of commercial contracts.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities

*

Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems

*

Fault finding and repairing AC equipment

*

Servicing systems including split units, VRV/VRF systems and associated plant

*

Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations

*

Completing service reports and maintenance documentation

*

Providing a high level of service to clients across multiple sites

Requirements

*

Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer within FM or commercial environments

*

FGas certification

*

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

*

Full UK driving licence
