Lead Accountant
HRC Recruitment is delighted to be supporting one of our key global partners - a highly respected, internationally recognised organisation - as they look to appoint a Accountant to join their established, high‑performing team. This role provides visibility across the business, influence over key decisions, and the chance to further develop your technical and commercial skill set. Suited to those actively progressing through their exams ACCA/ICAS.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Take ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
- Lead variance analysis, providing clear, insightful commentary.
- Enhance reporting processes through automation and continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior colleagues and provide technical guidance.
- Offer financial insight to support strategic business decisions.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience in financial or management reporting.
- Part qualified (ACCA/ICAS), Practice or Industry
- Strong analytical capability and advanced Excel skills.
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, improvement‑focused mindset.
