Contract Delivery Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Delivery Manager to join our team in Glasgow.

You will efficiently manage contracts ensuring the works are completed to the highest standard and within the work program timescales, whilst also ensuring all works are undertaken in line with Health & Safety legislation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise reactive repairs and void properties within social housing ensuring that contracts are delivered in line with budget/target expectations.

• Manage installers to deliver programmed jobs and visit contracts to ensure all subcontractor and projects are operating within the parameters set out by the clients high standard and within agreed timescales

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients liaising effectively via formal and informal meetings.

• Survey, plan and quality control all installations to confirm that all work carried out is kept to our high standard and within agreed timescales

• Work in conjunction with the Operations Manager and SHEQ Manager to ensure compliance is kept to a high standard with regards to H&S.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience working as a Contracts Delivery Manager, or in a similar role.

• SMSTS required as a minimum

• Proficient in Microsoft and Asta programme packages.

• Self-driven and results orientated with a strong Health & Safety ethos.

• Ability to make rational decisions under pressure.

• Full UK Driver’s License.
