As a Receptionist at Crerar Hotels, are you friendly, efficient, and motivated? We're looking for someone who excels at creating fantastic customer experiences, with a professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a strong phone manner. A can-do attitude and experience in the hospitality industry will give you a strong advantage. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality service, managing guest enquiries, answering calls, handling daily banking tasks, and working with hotel booking and CRM systems. With a quick learning ability and confidence in upselling the hotel's amenities, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay.
