As a Project Worker with ASA Recruitment, you will work alongside young people providing emotional support that involves building positive relationships ensuring that their individual needs are met.
Applicants must also possess excellent verbal, written and communication skills.

The Role:
Build trusting relationships with young people providing a safe, non-judgmental environment.
Help young people develop life skills, confidence, and positive coping strategies.
Assist with goal setting and personal growth.
Ensure each young person receives the help that they require.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to individuals experiencing homelessness, some with Drug and Alcohol issues.
Work one-on-one with service users to assess their needs, develop action plans, and set achievable goals.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work empathetically with people from diverse backgrounds.
Experience in housing, social work, or mental health services is desirable but not essential.
