Client Services Co-ordinator

Our client, a well-established and growing organisation based in Glasgow, is looking to appoint a Client Services Coordinator to join their expanding Client Services team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering the chance to play a central role in delivering exceptional client experiences within a collaborative and supportive environment. This is suited to a graduate with commercial experience looking to step into a corporate environment.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in the smooth and efficient delivery of training and coaching programmes, as well as supporting broader client services administration.
Key responsibilities include: Managing training workshops and programmes, including organisation, delivery, and follow-up for virtual and in-person sessions.
Liaising with clients in a professional and consultative manner, ensuring timely and clear communication.
Keeping up to date with technology and platforms used across the business, including Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, MS Teams and Survey Monkey
Supporting the Client Services Manager and Head of Client Services & Operations with additional duties as required.
Collaborating with colleagues to support the consistent delivery of team workflows and client-focused processes.Essential Skills & Experience Ideally a college leaver or graduate with a proven track record of commercial work experience, Ideally gained across retail or hospitality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail, particularly in training programme management and diary coordination.
Well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated to develop and grow within the role.The ideal candidate will also: Enjoy working as part of a collaborative, supportive team.
Take ownership of tasks and follow processes carefully.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal colleagues.
Be keen to develop skills and progress within a client services environment.Benefits Salary: £24,000 per annum
Annual performance bonus
Half day Friday’s finishing at 12:30
Hybrid working: Office-based with the potential to work from home two days per week (Monday & Friday)
