Based on a flagship site in West Central Scotland, you’ll play a key role in guiding customers through every stage of the new homes sales journey – from first enquiry to handing over the keys.

What You’ll Be Doing

*

Managing the sales process for new homes on a busy, high-profile development

*

Building rapport with potential buyers and providing an outstanding customer experience

*

Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth completions

*

Maintaining accurate records and following company sales procedures

*

Working weekends as part of your standard rota (with two consecutive days off midweek)

What We’re Looking For

*

Experience in new homes sales (with a national or regional housebuilder)

*

A confident, professional, and customer-focused approach

*

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

*

A passion for quality and pride in representing a premium brand

*

Full UK driving licence and your own transport

What’s on Offer

*

Competitive basic salary of £28,000 – £30,000

*

£1,500 annual car allowance + 45p mileage

*

On-site commission structure rewarding performance
