BrewDog Glasgow Merchant City are looking for a Kitchen Manager.

As Kitchen Manager, you’ll run the engine room that makes all of that happen.

About The Role

As Kitchen Manager, you take pride in running a tight, well-organised kitchen and leading from the front.

You’ll bring:

• Experience running a kitchen team (Kitchen Manager/Head Chef level)
• A passion for consistency, quality and developing your team
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance
• A hands-on approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• A mindset focused on improving, driving standards and delivering great serv
