Career development opportunities within retail leadership Store Manager Responsibilities As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of store performance, including sales, people, and operations. You will: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team
Drive store sales performance, KPIs, and commercial targets
Deliver exceptional customer service and improve the customer experience
Analyse sales performance and retail data to identify opportunities for growth
Implement actions to increase footfall, conversion, and average transaction value
Manage all store operations, including stock, compliance, and back of house processes
Ensure consistent delivery of company standards and operational procedures
Work closely with marketing teams to support local store initiatives
Develop strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Maintain a strong commercial focus to maximise profitability What We Are Looking For We are looking for a proven Store Manager / Retail Manager who can demonstrate: Previous experience as a Store Manager in fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail
A strong track record of delivering sales targets and KPI performance
Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced retail environment
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive business performance
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
Ability to analyse sales data and make informed commercial decisions
