We are now recruiting part‑time Waiting Staff to join our growing team at the recently opened The Clarence .

The Clarence is the latest venture from Cultar Restaurant Group, who also operate Michelin‑starred Cail Bruich, Michelin‑recommended Brett & newly opened wine bar & cafe The Caravan Shop . The Clarence brings a modern brasserie, grill and bar concept to the leafy West End neighbourhood of Hyndland.

We pride ourselves on relaxed, high‑quality dining with warm, personable service. No experience is required — just a great work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who can work:

• Evenings
• Weekends
• At short notice when required

You don’t need previous hospitality experience — full training will be provided. If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and being part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the Front of House team with:

• Providing friendly, attentive service
• Interacting confidently with guests
• Working with a positive, can‑do attitude
• Communicating effectively with colleagues and the kitchen team
• Willingness to learn, grow and adapt

Pay & Benefits

• Up to £12.21 per hour depending on experience, plus a share of TRONC service charge and cash tips
