Credit Control Administrator
- Processing and managing branch banking lodgements
- Ensuring all funds deposited match system records
- Liaising with branches to resolve discrepancies
- Posting cash sales payments accurately
- Chasing unbanked cash
- Producing daily reports
- Completing bank reconciliations
- Uploading cash from bank downloads
- Allocating customer payments
- Contacting customers to confirm allocation details
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling financial data
- Good communication skills and confidence liaising with internal teams and customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads
- Basic working knowledge of Excel
- Competitive salary of £26,000–£28,000 based on experience
