Sales Executive - B2B Startup (Glasgow)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a driven, results-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Engaging leads to qualify opportunities, progress pitches and ultimately close deals

• Presenting our products and solutions to prospective clients (you’ll be well coached on this!)

• Managing a pipeline of opportunities using Hubspot

• Working closely with the wider Sales and Marketing teams to improve conversion rates

• Learning fast, taking feedback on board, and continually improving your sales skills

• Chasing targets and smashing goals

• Contributing to our Sales strategy - sharing insights from the market (customer feedback, objections, competitor activity) to constantly inform and improve our playbook

What We're Looking For

• A self-starter with relentless drive

• Strong communicator - confident speaking to people on calls, emails and in meetings

• Resilient, coachable and motivated to learn fast in a startup environment

• Organised and proactive - comfortable managing a busy pipeline via CRM

• Minimum of 18 months’ experience in B2B sales ideally in a fast-paced or high growth environment

• Commercially curious - can create propositions that add and retain customer value

• Team player who collaborates well with marketing, product and customer success
