Location: Glasgow
Salary: 38,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 (40 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

The Role

Are you a skilled Electrician who values professional excellence and a supportive team environment? We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Electrician to join our Facilities Management team.

In this role, you'll be ensuring the safety and comfort of our partners and residents across a diverse portfolio. You will handle everything from routine planned maintenance to reactive repairs, playing a vital role in delivering world-class service and contributing to a sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality service and reactive repairs to lighting and power distribution systems.
• Maintain motors, pumps, fan coil units, and HVAC control panels.
• Act as the Appointed Person (AP) Electrical for the contract and manage BMS control systems.
• Strictly adhere to Health & Safety, COSHH, and Waste Disposal regulations.
• Maintain precise asset histories, maintenance records, and helpdesk reports.
• Support on-site personnel and participate in a standard on-call rota.

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 NVQ or Diploma in Electrical Installation & Testing (or equivalent).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and AM2 Practical Skills Assessment.
• A proven track record in both electrical installation and maintenance work.
• A valid UK Driving Licence is essential.
• The ability to pass a PVG/Disclosure Check prior to commencement.
