The Role

You’ll handle a broad and stimulating caseload of commercial property matters, working with a diverse client base including developers, investors, lenders, landlords, tenants, and SME to mid-market businesses. Typical work includes:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leases and portfolio management
• Development projects
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Property finance and secured lending transactions

You’ll have the opportunity to run your own files with autonomy while benefiting from guidance from experienced partners and a well-structured team.

Applicants will ideally be at least 4 years PQE and must have commercial property experience gained within private practice. You will have strong technical skills and attention to detail, be commercially aware with a client-focused approach, demonstrate excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities and be motivated, proactive and able to manage files independently.
