Your responsibilities as a Manager
As a Manager in Tax Funds, you will take ownership of UK tax reporting across a diverse client portfolio, ensuring consistently high standards of delivery. You’ll lead the successful execution of complex and technically demanding advisory projects, combining technical excellence with a pragmatic, commercially focused approach.

Alongside client delivery, you’ll play a key role in shaping the team’s strategy and day-to-day operations. This includes mentoring and developing junior team members, overseeing workloads and assignments, and collaborating with colleagues across the business to identify and support new business opportunities.

Requirements
We’re looking a professionally qualified tax specialist, such as a ACA or a legal qualification, or someone who can demonstrate equivalent breadth and depth of tax expertise. You’ll bring strong technical capability alongside proven business development skills, with the confidence to identify opportunities and successfully convert them into new work.
You’ll have solid experience in the taxation of partnerships and a track record of coaching, mentoring and developing junior team members. A pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset is essential, with the ability to approach complex challenges creatively while delivering commercially sound outcomes.
