Real Estate Solicitor - Associate/ Senior Associate
- Provide expert legal advice on real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
- Draft and negotiate contracts and other legal documents related to property transactions.
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for property-related legal issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments for property transactions.
- Supervise and mentor junior members of the team.
- Stay updated on legislative changes and provide insights to clients and colleagues.
- Support business development activities to expand the firm's real estate practice
