Employment Associate/Senior Associate
Employment Associate/Senior Associate (3 - 6 years PQE) - Edinburgh or Glasgow
Hybrid working/FTSE 100 clients/UK and International work
- Day-to-day HR and employment advisory work
- Tribunal and civil court and appeal litigation matters
- TUPE, restructuring and industrial relations
- Regulatory and internal investigations
- Strategic compliance projects and cross-border advice
- Collaborating with other practice areas on legislation requirements for international employment/recruitment matters
- You'll also have the chance to work on international projects as part of a market-leading global employment practice!
About you:
- You will have a strong background in both contentious and non-contentious employment law
- Have a strong academic record and great communication skills
- You will be proactive, well-organised and collaborative
- Have enthusiasm to grow and contribute to a top-performing team
